Old friends visit

This morning I had the priviledge of seeing one of my best friends from highschool in Kenya, along with her husband and another friend (all four of us went to school together). They are missionaries on furlough and were in the Twin Cities, so made the extra hour drive to see me! :) We had a great time reconnecting and watching our kids play. It seemed that no time had passed, though we hadn't been together since our wedding 4 1/2 years ago. I'm always thankful for friendships that I can just "pick up" right where we left off....they are true gems!
