Life on the "farm"

Sitting on what she calls her "mower".

We have one apple tree producing, and Sierra LOVES to go get an apple from the tree. She'll gnaw away, sometimes for over an hour, until it's gone. I just have to keep her from eating ones off the ground, or that have bugs, or too many in general!

More produce--I again have about 10 zucchini in the fridge and on the counter. Another huge bowl of beans blanched and frozen today. More corn. And our first pumpkin and butternut squash!! At least those can sit for awhile! Our next project by next week is to teach ourselves to can--right now it'll be pickles and we'll go from there! My parents are referring to our house as "the farm". :)
