Last night we had 10 large zucchini sitting on our counter...we grated and packaged 30 cups of it for the freezer, but still didn't finish (thank goodness for the food processor we gave in and bought!). We've been grilling it a lot for supper, and have had more than enough zucchini bread to last us a couple months...anyone have any other recipes that call for zucchini??
Sierra and I went to the park this morning where she saw "big kids" as she calls them, and then to the library to cool off. We haven't done much outside this week with the heat, and instead of gardening (though it's exploding on us--Andre is predicating we'll be up to our ears in green beans this weekend), I've been working on painting the basement family room. I figure I've got about six weeks left till the baby comes, and five walls to paint, so I should be good to go, right? :0
