Rhubarb Orange Jam

We did our first canning of the season last night...rhubarb orange jam. We have one rhubarb plant that seems to produce like crazy and we can't always keep up it just by eating it in muffins and crisps. So jam it is! If anyone has canning jars they would like to get rid, pass them our way!
