One of Ethan's favorite things was riding in the wagon. He's "wheels and balls" kind of guy, even at such a young age. Grandpa even put an umbrella on the wagon for a drizzly afternoon so we could get out!
baking cookies with Grandma on a rainy afternoon (I think I caught her with a mouthful of chocolate chips...).
Love this little girl who's so full of life!
Sierra's favorite thing was swimming--she went every morning, afternoon, and after supper, happy as can be to be splashing in and out!
We stopped at a park on the way up to the cabin for a break, where Grandpa "walked"with Ethan and sat on the shore with Sierra looking at the boats.
I spent the last five days at our family cabin with the kids and my parents, leaving Andre to work and start installing a sprinkler system. The kids were troopers in the car and we had a great time relaxing at the cabin--lots of swimming for the kids, going to the playground at a camp down the road, scrapbooking and reading for me...(I must admit I felt spoiled having to extra adults to help with the kids!).

So glad you were able to go for those few days, to get away from the regular surroundings, to spend precious time with your folks - what joy I know they had to spend precious time with those GRANDkids. So cute they are. And even their personalities show in the pictures - Sierra full of life and joy; Ethan just as calm as can be and just taking it all in. Oh how wonderful they are!!!
