happenings

Andre....is two weeks into his online course called Financial Management, as he works towards his MBA. He is also swamped at work.

Sierra...is such a kind-hearted, fun-loving little girl who tells us all the time "Mommy (Daddy), I love you", or "God made me special". She is learning a lot about obedience and having a good attitude these days. She'll color any paper you put in front of her too!

Ethan...is learning to walk! These days he is venturing further away from furniture and doing less crawling. He loves to be at the kitchen table with Sierra trying to do her projects with her. No words, other than the occassional "mama", and attempt at "woof" which sounds more like "ff". He's done nursing, and is finally starting to sleep through the night!

Me...I am enjoying the break from the garden and starting to work once again on the kids' scrapbooks in the evenings while Andre studies. I've been trying new recipes (at least every other week--I'll post the good ones!). We have been doing a parenting study with our small group called "Getting to the Heart of Parenting", and I've been doing lots of thinking and praying on that during my daily runs and trying to put what we're learning into practice.
