we're still alive :)

So I realized it's been awhile since I've posted, and there are lots of pictures I've taken since the last post (not all will make it on here). We've been enjoyed the spring weather and heading outside more and to the parks. I've also finally finished painting the kids' bedroom (a two-week project), that I'll post pictures of later. These are just some from the last month, more to come.

My baking buddies and "helpers"--I've discovered it's much easier to let Sierra help me with the real recipe, and to just give Ethan his own bowl, spoon, flour, etc and let him "play". He gets to help lick the spoons then that Sierra and I have used. Sierra would bake every day if I let her!

We love having homemade pizza and the occasional family movie night--and of course Sierra loves to help with the pizza!

Our indoor "greenhouse" shelf where we have trays of marigolds, broccoli, onions, tomatoes and more. It's currently more full than shown here (sorry for the poor quality photo). We have a closet in the basement that Andre's got heated for the seeds that are germinating.

My parents came out for lunch one day while in the area and brought the kids some fast growing seeds and pots that my dad helped them plant. Sierra is excited to see our indoor and outdoor plants begin to come up. Andre even tilled the garden for the first time this morning.
