We had a "date" at home on Friday night and made our first batch of chocolate eclairs (that were gone by breakfast the next day!). These are Andre's favorites, and I found a great book at the library called "Artisan Patisserie for the Home Baker" by Avner Laskin that had this recipe plus a ton more we want to try! Sunday Andre made cream puffs, a very similar recipe, and is determined to get the pastries to rise and hold their shape the right way (though the taste is great!).
