MARRIAGE to a wonderful man!! Our sixth anniversary happened on the day we traveled to Nebraska for our family reunion (july 10). We celebrated belatedly this weekend by going out for dinner together (thanks Laura, for coming to watch the kiddos!).
NO MORE DIAPERS! Well, for Sierra at least. She is potty-trained (though still wears a diaper at night), and it only took a couple of days. The motivator? Buying "big girl underwear" and letting her try them on. If I would have known that I probably would have tried it earlier! :) She is very proud of these and will often tell random people that she's a big kid because she's wearing them. Very few accidents for her, and less money being spent on diapers for us! (Ethan wears cloth most of the time, so still doing laundry).
