Nebraska vacation

We spent 10 days away in Nebraska, visiting Andre's family.  At the end of the time Andre and I left for 3 days away in Chicago, where he played violin in a friend's wedding. We left the kids and dogs with his parents and thoroughly enjoyed some time away, especially since it was right before our 8th wedding anniversary.

Below, Sierra went tubing for the first time.

We overlapped for 2 days with his sister and little niece who were back from South Korea for a wedding.  Kids enjoyed popsicles on the hot days with Farmor!

 Many rounds of Settlers of Catan were played by Andre and his dad, brother and sister-in-law.

 Tea party at Grandma Laurie's house...this is becoming a tradition for the kids.
